• The Q-Link pendant requires no batteries and will never run out.
• Many people find that sleeping in their Q-Link enables them to sleep more soundly and wake up more refreshed. Others prefer to take it off. There is no right way.
• You can swim, bath or shower wearing the Q-Link – it is completely waterproof.
• It does not matter which way round you wear the Q-Link or whether it is inside or outside your clothing but keep it is as close to your body as possible.
• While it is all right for someone else to touch it, do not allow another person to wear your Q-Link because it aligns itself to your unique energetic signature.

• While the Q-Link protects you by strengthening your bio-field, it does not make it safe to use a cellphone. This is particularly important in the case of children. The Q-Link does not block microwave radiation from your cellphone. If it did, you would not have reception on your phone because the phone uses microwaves to connect to the cellphone towers.
